Coffee Hour after each Sunday morning service, the all-parish annual meeting and party, the annual Stewardship Dinner, holiday brunches, single events and occasional potlucks are some of the fellowship events that bring the parish together in laughter, fun, and a sense of community.
Hospitality Stewards purchase and arrange for food for funeral receptions, baptisims, and special events. In addition, all supplies are stocked such as dishes, silverware, beverages, condiments and paper supplies. They help the Mary Martha Guild during Coffee Hours and aid in potlucks, Annual Meeting, Mass on the Grass, Annual EFM Pancake Supper, Easter Sunday Brunch and the Stewardship Dinner.
Mary Martha Guild provide goodies and coffee are prepared for Coffee Hours following each Service. Money donations made each Sunday in the “duck basket” ensure that homemade and purchased bakery goods are available for all. They also provide financial support for the main course for the September Mass on the Grass picnic, October Stewardship Dinner and any special event. Volunteers are always welcome, just come join us in the kitchen on Sundays.
